Sydney University is undertaking extensive construction work right next to the school, called the Abercrombie Precinct. The Action Group was formed by parents concerned by the impact of this construction work on school students.
A number of arising issues related to noise & dust have required parents to put pressure on the university builder to ensure appropriate safety measures are implemented, and issues require ongoing policing & potentially campaigning.
